The Stone Cellar Company is a UK SME, manufacturing a full range of cast stone, precast concrete and glass reinforced concrete products. As well as a wide range of standard products we also offer a fully bespoke service.

Our wine cellaring products include cast stone racking, modular wine cellars, trap doors and spiral staircases. Our trap doors are normally motorised with an electronic actuator We have a range of doors that feature glass tops and tray and recessed versions to take flooring in timber, tiles or Amtico.

We offer all types of cellars

  • Circular Cellars are detailed in emails two and three. The semi-dry cast stone cellars are particularly suited to new builds and large extensions with scope to use concrete chamber rings. The standard cellar is particularly suited to retrofit situations and installations with restrictive points of access during the installation.
    • Large Cellar are detailed in emails two and three. The semi-dry cast stone cellars are particularly suited to new builds and large extensions with scope to use concrete chamber rings. The standard cellar is particularly suited to retrofit situations and installations with restrictive points of access during the installation.
      • Inside:Outside Cellar features a hatch and staircase inside the property and a cellar pod outside. This pod could be formed utilising large precast concrete structures, or blockwork and a retaining wall structure. The racking would be determined by the shape of this pod.
        • New Space Cellar is primarily designed for existing homes and garages as a retrofit solution. It was designed to fit into a smaller footprint and as a shallower cellar. The racking is extendable and is a bespoke wet cast system. The entry is via a paddle tread stepladder in oak and the door is effectively an opening roof section to provide head clearance on the shallower variations.

          Our cellar doors are engineered in the UK to the highest standard using stainless steel for frames and fittings doors made from toughened, laminated glass (not cheap acrylic) in a choice of tints, a choice of timbers and hardwoods, or recessed to accept your own flooring.
